Natalie is a Clinical Psychologist who first started working at the READ Clinic in 2014.
Natalie is a Clinical Psychologist with over twelve years’ experience in providing psychological assessment and therapy services to clients of all ages. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Sydney and her Masters of Clinical Psychology degree at the University of New South Wales. She commenced working in the public health system, first at Mandala Psychiatric Clinic and then in Child and Family Health. Since joining The READ Clinic in 2014 Natalie primarily works with adults. Her therapy approach falls within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework and she considers the therapeutic relationship she builds with her clients as the most important aspect of her work. Her primary area of interest is relationship counselling. She uses Gottman Method Couples Therapy as the framework for relationship work. Her other areas of interest include anxiety disorders, grief, stress management and depression.
Natalie joined the R.E.A.D. Clinic in 2014 after living overseas for a period of time. During her time overseas Natalie worked for various Australian colleges and universities providing student supervision, online lecturing and academic marking services.
